War with Iran deepens distress among Holocaust survivors in Israel
New data from ERAN and the Foundation for the Welfare of Holocaust Victims reveals a sharp rise in distress among Holocaust survivors in Israel amid the ongoing war with Iran.
Since the start of the “Iron Swords” war, ERAN has received more than 11,600 calls for help, with about one-third recorded during Operation “Roaring Lion.” The figures highlight the growing emotional and psychological toll on one of the country’s most vulnerable populations.
