USS George Bush departs for Middle East, joining two US carriers
The USS George Bush has departed from the U.S. naval base in Norfolk, Virginia, en route to the Middle East, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal. Upon arrival, it will join two other U.S. aircraft carriers already involved in operations against Iran — the USS Abraham Lincoln and the USS Gerald Ford — further reinforcing the American military presence in the region.
