Vessel hijacked near UAE, heading toward Iran - UK Maritime Agency
Britain’s maritime trade agency reported that a ship was hijacked by unidentified actors near the United Arab Emirates and is now moving toward Iranian territorial waters.
According to the report, “unauthorized personnel boarded and took control of a vessel” about 38 nautical miles northeast of Fujairah. The agency said the incident is under investigation.
