Trump: International force to secure Strait of Hormuz, Israel assisting

U.S. President Donald Trump announced plans to establish an international policing force to ensure safe navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.

Speaking to reporters aboard his plane, Trump said countries that receive oil shipments through the strait should take part in the security effort, adding that Israel is assisting in safeguarding the vital shipping route.
