Rubio warns Hezbollah: 'Era of holding Lebanon hostage is ending'
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio sharply criticized Hezbollah, saying “the era in which a terrorist organization held an entire nation hostage is nearing its end.”
His comments came in response to Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem, who called for the overthrow of Lebanon’s government.
Meanwhile, Lebanese reports said an Israeli drone struck a motorcycle in southern Lebanon.
Separately, the IDF announced that a military exercise would take place in the northern Golan Heights, with gunfire and explosion sounds expected in the area.
