PM Netanyahu supports Trump ceasefire, says Lebanon not included

Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office expressed support for U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to implement a two-week ceasefire with Iran, but clarified that the arrangement does not apply to Lebanon.

Trump announced the ceasefire overnight, stating that after talks involving Pakistan and Iran’s agreement to fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz, the United States would suspend its strikes on Iran for two weeks.
