Israeli DM: 'Voluntary migration' plan for Gaza will be implemented

Defense Minister Israel Katz said the plan for “voluntary migration” from Gaza will be implemented “at the right time and in the right way.”

Katz stated that Hamas will no longer maintain either civilian or military control over the Gaza Strip once the plan moves forward.
