Iran's Parliament Speaker threatens Trump: 'Whole region will burn bc you follow Netanyahu's commands'
Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf, who is reportedly leading Iran's negotiations with the U.S., threatened to drag the whole region further into the war in an apparent response to Trump's colorful threats accompanying a deadline to open up the Hormuz Strait.
"Your reckless moves are dragging the United States into a living HELL for every single family, and our whole region is going to burn because you insist on following Netanyahu’s commands," Ghalibaf wrote on X in English.
"Make no mistake: You won’t gain anything through war crimes. The only real solution is respecting the rights of the Iranian people and ending this dangerous game," he added.
