Iran’s ballistic missile force takes major hit: 'hundreds of missiles, launchers and drones destroyed'

Iran’s ballistic missile capabilities, a central target of the military campaign against it, are taking a significant hit as the underground cities built over the years become increasingly vulnerable, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Regional governments say Tehran has launched more than 500 missiles at Israel, U.S. bases in the Middle East and other Persian Gulf targets since the war began. The report claimed Iran’s missile stockpile has been significantly depleted, while the Central Command (CENTCOM) said launchers dropped by 86% within four days after Iran appeared to move missile trucks and launchers out of bunkers before the war.

Satellite imagery shows damage to missile launchers and entrances to underground missile cities where missiles were stored. The CENTCOM commander said hundreds of missiles, launchers and drones have been destroyed.
