Iranian officials: Nuclear issue off table unless sanctions are lifted
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei said discussions over Iran’s nuclear program are not currently part of ongoing negotiations. According to senior Iranian officials, Tehran will only address the issue in exchange for the removal of sanctions.
Speaking at a press conference in Tehran, Baghaei also confirmed that the Lebanon ceasefire clause is included in the broader agreement under discussion.
