Iranian official: Israeli strikes in Lebanon could trigger fighting on all fronts
An adviser to Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf warned that Israeli attacks in Lebanon could lead to a resumption of fighting across all fronts. The warning follows Israel’s clarification that Lebanon is not included in the ceasefire agreement with Iran.
The statement also comes after an IDF evacuation notice to residents of Tyre in southern Lebanon, with Hezbollah expected to issue an official response soon.
