Iran missile barrage injures two as damage reported in Jerusalem
Magen David Adom (MDA), Israel’s national emergency service, said that following the latest barrage from Iran, a 42-year-old man in Jerusalem was hit by shrapnel and suffered a minor burn to his hand. He was taken to Hadassah Hospital on Mount Scopus.
Reports indicate damage across Jerusalem, as missile parts fell near the Knesset building and in the Old City meters from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
In Kiryat Gat, MDA said a pedestrian who exited a bus following the siren was struck by a vehicle. The man, in his 50s, was taken to Soroka Hospital in serious condition with multi-system trauma. He was sedated and placed on a ventilator.
