IDF Spokesman: No shortage of anti-drone equipment, no civilian donations requested
IDF Spokesperson Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin said the military is not facing a shortage of protective equipment against drones and is not soliciting donations from civilians.
His remarks came after a Kan News report revealed that soldiers operating in Lebanon had approached Israeli fishermen seeking fishing nets to help counter Hezbollah explosive drones. Defrin acknowledged that in isolated cases, privately supplied equipment may have reached soldiers.
