IDF soldier killed in Hezbollah drone strike in southern Lebanon

Sgt. Nehorai Leizer, 19, from Eilat, was killed in a Hezbollah explosive drone strike in southern Lebanon. He is the 11th Israeli fatality since the ceasefire began and the seventh killed in a drone attack.
The IDF is investigating whether the drone, which exploded on the upper section of a Namer armored personnel carrier, penetrated the vehicle.
Leizer’s sister, Mai, paid tribute to him, saying: “He didn’t want us to worry, even though inside he was afraid.”
