IDF airstrike kills 15 Hezbollah operatives in southern Lebanon
Approximately 15 Hezbollah operatives were killed in targeted airstrikes in southern Lebanon, following intelligence and direction from the IDF’s 146th Division. Forces from the 213th Artillery Brigade and the 226th Brigade identified the militants in their area of operations, prompting a rapid response by the Israeli Air Force.
In one incident, troops from the 213th Brigade spotted a Hezbollah cell preparing to launch an anti-tank missile toward Israel. Fighter jets carried out a swift strike, eliminating the operatives.
Israeli forces also located weapons in the area, including firearms, vests, and grenades belonging to Hezbollah.
