Four US soldiers confirmed dead after US tanker plane goes down in Iraq
Four out of six crew members of a U.S. tanker plane that crashed in Iraq were confirmed dead, the U.S. Central Command updated.
“Four of six crew members on board the aircraft have been confirmed deceased as rescue efforts continue,” CENTCOM confirmed, adding "The loss of the aircraft was not due to hostile fire or friendly fire.”
