After 48 days of fighting: IDF lifts all wartime limitations on home front, except near Lebanon border
For the first time since fighting against Iran, and then Hezbollah, began 48 days ago, the Israel Defense Forces lifted all wartime restrictions across the country, except for areas near the Lebanese border.
"In accordance with the guidelines, the entire country will move to full activity levels, with no restrictions, except: In areas on the confrontation line, a gathering limit of up to 1,000 people will apply until Saturday, April 18th," the IDF announced.
"The Home Front Command continues to conduct ongoing situational assessments. Any changes to the civilian defense policies will be communicated to the public accordingly."
