Following the U.S. strike on Iran, the Home Front Command announced early Sunday morning that it was tightening its defense guidelines.

Israel's airspace is closed to both inbound and outbound flights due to the developments. The land crossings to Sinai and Jordan continue to operate as usual.

As part of the changes announced by the Home Front Command, all regions of the country will move from partial and limited activity levels to essential activity only.

The guidelines include: A ban on educational activities, gatherings, and workplace operations, except for essential sectors. These instructions are in effect until Monday at 8:00 AM.

The new guidelines override those issued yesterday, which allowed for certain exceptions such as holding exams and operating university laboratories.

It was also previously stated that workplaces with access to protected spaces could remain open, and two regions were to receive relaxed restrictions compared to others.

Now, all regions in Israel are subject to the strictest guidelines.
