20:26 - No missiles launched at US base in Iraq - but reports of drone attack

Contrary to prior reports, the Saudi al-Hadath network reported that there has been no missile attack from Iran against American military bases in Iraq.

However, about an hour ago, a drone and another suspicious "air target" were detected and shot down by air defense systems in the Ain al-Assad base.

20:15 - Qatari Foreign Ministry: Missiles intercepted, no injuries as al-Udeid base was evacuated

After the Iranian missile attack on the American al-Udeid airbase in Qatar, the Qatari Foreign Ministry stated that the missiles were intercepted and no one was injured, as the base had been evacuated prior to the attacks.

"The missile attack on Qatar is a violation of sovereignty, we reserve the right to respond," the ministry added.

"In response to the attack on Iran's nuclear facilities, we carried out a powerful and destructive missile attack against a strategic asset - the largest American air base in the Middle East," the IRGC stated.

"The repetition of evil on the part of the US will accelerate the collapse of the American military establishment in the region."

"We did not start the war and did not want it, but aggression against Iran will not go unanswered," Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said.

"We will stand with all our might for Iran's security and respond to any wound inflicted on Iran's body with faith, wisdom, and determination."

19:52 - 10 missiles fired at US targets in Qatar, reports of additional alarm sirens in Kuwait & Bahrain

Iran launched at least 10 missiles at U.S. targets in Qatar, an Israeli official told media outlets.

Alarm sirens were reportedly also activated in US bases in Kuwait and Bahrain, although there have been no reports of attacks there.

The Iranian regime launched six missiles at a U.S. base in Qatar and another missile at a U.S. target in Iraq, according to media reports.

18:43 - Qatar shuts down airspace amid Iranian threats of retaliation against US

The Qatari Foreign Ministry announced the close of its airspace as part of its committment "to the safety of its citizens" as part of precautionary measures "amid developments in the region."

The move comes as Iran has repeatedly threatened to retaliate against the U.S. forces in the region after the strikes on its nuclear sites.

"During a recent series of strikes, and as part of the IDF's effort to degrade Iranian regime's military capabilities, Israeli Air Force fighter jets, with the direction of the IDF Intelligence Directorate, struck military command centers belonging to the Iranian regime," the military stated.

"The sites struck included missile and radar production sites and missile storage infrastructure in Tehran. The IDF continues the ongoing effort to degrade the Iranian regime’s military capabilities and will persist in its efforts to ensure the security of the State of Israel."

15:03 - Son of former Iranian Shah: 'I am here to offer myself to lead my people'

Reza Pahlavi, son of the last Shah of Iran, said at a press conference in Paris: “I am here today to offer myself to lead my people on the path of peace and toward democratic governance.”

He added: “I am not seeking political power, but rather to help our great nation navigate this critical moment toward stability, freedom, and justice.”

Pahlavi appealed to the international community, saying: “Now is the time to stand with the Iranian people. Do not repeat the mistakes of the past. The regime seeks revenge and may obtain nuclear weapons from other regimes. Destroying the nuclear facilities alone will not bring peace. But the path I propose will.”

13:58 - Israel conveyed message to Tehran: 'Interested in ending the fighting' - WSJ

Israeli and Arab sources told The Wall Street Journal that Israel is interested in ending the war with Iran as soon as possible and in maximizing the strategic benefit of the U.S. military strike on Iranian nuclear facilities.

According to the Israeli sources, Israel expects to complete its strikes on the list of military targets in Iran within the coming days, which could "create an opening" for ending the fighting. However, they described the current situation as "dynamic" and noted that "much depends on the Iranian response."

It was also reported that the U.S. informed official Arab contacts that Israel "is looking to end the fighting quickly" – and requested they convey this message to Iran.

"In accordance with the directive of Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz, the IDF is currently carrying out an unprecedentedly powerful strike on regime targets and governmental repression bodies in the heart of Tehran," the Defense Ministry stated.

"These include: The Basij headquarters; Evin Prison, which holds political prisoners and regime opponents; The 'Countdown to Israel’s Destruction' clock in Palestine Square; Internal security command centers of the Revolutionary Guards; The ideological command headquarters; additional regime targets."

"For every attack on Israel’s home front, the Iranian dictator will be punished, and the strikes will continue with full force," the statement added. "We will continue to act in defense of the home front and to defeat the enemy until all war objectives are achieved."

12:46 - Israel strikes Tehran prison for political prisoners

Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar confirmed reports that Israeli fighter jets hit the Evin prison in Tehran as part of the last wave of airstrikes in response to the Iranian missile attacks earlier.

"We warned Iran time and again: stop targeting civilians! They continued, including this morning. Our response: Viva la libertad, carajo!" Sa'ar wrote on X.


11:55 - DM Katz: 'Iranian dictator will be punished for every shot fired at Israel'

Following five separate Iranian missile attacks on Israel this morning, Defense Minister Israel Katz said the IDF was now "attacking regime targets and government repression bodies in the heart of Tehran with unprecedented force."

"For every shot fired at the Israeli home front, the Iranian dictator will be punished and the attacks will continue with full force," Katz said.

11:31 - Fresh round of alarm sirens in northern Israel

Alarm sirens were activated again after another missile launch from Iran. Residents of the Galilee and Golan Heights were instructed to enter their shelters.

There were no immediate reports of impacts or injuries from the attack.

11:21 - No injuries in Israel after Iranian regime fired around 10 missiles in 4 barrages

There were no reports of injuries in Israel after the Iranian regime launched up to 10 missiles in four separate barrages, first targeting northern Israel, then the center and the south, the north again and the south again.

Large parts of the country were ordered to stay in their shelters for around an hour.

There were several reports of missile impacts in open areas, one of which damaged parts of a power station and caused outages in several nearby towns.

Missile siren alerts were activated in southern Israel, including Ashdod, Ashkelon, and the northern Gaza Envelope due to a missile launch from Iran.

10:04 - Detection failure: IDF concludes investigation of missile impact in Haifa on Sunday

The IDF announced it had concluded the investigation of the missile impact in Haifa on Sunday, where no prior warning had been given.

Contrary to an initial suspicion, the impact was not caused by a malfunctioning (Israeli) interceptor missile.

"The findings indicate that there was a localized failure in the detection process, and as a result, (an Iranian) missile warhead fell in the Haifa area without an alert. Lessons have been learned from the examination and will be implemented immediately," the military stated.

"The IDF continuously learns lessons and, once again, reminds the public that the defense is not hermetic. We emphasize that there was no issue with the Home Front Command’s alert system."

09:21 - IDF strikes missile launch sites prepared to fire at Israel

More than 15 Israeli fighter jets struck surface-to-surface missile launch and storage sites in the area of Kermanshah in Iran, that were prepared to fire at Israel, the IDF reported.

"The IDF continues its efforts to degrade the Iranian Regime’s military capabilities and achieve aerial superiority over Iranian airspace in order to protect the State of Israel."

08:54 – Iranian air defense shoots down second Israeli drone since start of war

An Israeli drone was shot down over Iranian territory, Army Radio reported.

The IDF confirmed the report, stressing there was no information leak.

This is the second time the Iranian air defense system has managed to shoot down an Israeli UAV (drone) since the start of the war.

Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei boasted about “punishing” the “Zionist enemy” in a post on 𝕏 overnight, during a single missile launch at the Tel Aviv area.

“The punishment continues. The Zionist enemy has made a big mistake, committed a big crime; it must be punished and it is being punished; it is being punished right now,” Khamenei wrote, adding, “Allah Akbar.”

 

08:01 – President Trump hints at regime change, says damage to Iran’s nuclear sites is ‘monumental’

U.S. President Donald Trump appeared to call for regime change in Iran and reiterated his assessment that the damage from the U.S. strikes on the regime’s nuclear sites was “monumental,” in two overnight posts on his social media site Truth Social.

“It’s not politically correct to use the term, “Regime Change,” but if the current Iranian Regime is unable to MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN, why wouldn’t there be a Regime change??? MIGA!!!”

“The damage to the Nuclear sites in Iran is said to be “monumental.” The hits were hard and accurate. Great skill was shown by our military. Thank you!” Trump wrote.

 

03:23 – All-clear after alarm, single missile intercepted without reports of injuries

IDF Home Front Command gave the all-clear after a single missile from Iran was intercepted.

According to Army Radio, the missile was shot down by the U.S. military’s THAAD system.

03:03 – Missile launch from Iran triggers alarm sirens in Tel Aviv area

Missile alarm sirens were activated in the Greater Tel Aviv area, along the coast from Rehovot in the south to Netanya in the north and including several settlements in western Samaria.
