It's official: Israel is first country to approve third COVID booster shot for patients with weak immune systems

The Israeli Ministry of Health announced today that a third Pfizer shot is advised for patients with a compromised immune system, for example those who have undergone liver transplants or chemotherapy.

This decision makes Israel the first country in the world to recommend a third dose.
