IDF kills Hamas commander who participated in Oct 7, Islamic Jihad operative in Gaza

The IDF announced Thursday that strikes in Gaza eliminated a Hamas commander who participated in the Oct. 7 massacre and an Islamic Jihad terrorist, both accused of planning recent attacks in violation of the ceasefire.

Mohammed Mohammed Abd al-Khalek Hala, a commander in the weapons production headquarters of Hamas’ military wing amid the group's efforts to advance its military buildup, was killed in northern Gaza.

In a separate strike in Khan Yunis, in southern Gaza, the IDF killed Islamic Jihad operative Ahmad Jabrin Tawfiq Dalhan.

The statement said the terrorists were eliminated to "remove the threat that they posed," in presicion strikes to mitigate harm to civilians.
