Genocide perpetrators wouldn’t rush to help Venezuela

It wasn’t but a few hours after two massive Venezuelan earthquakes that Israel was already organizing a team of medical and rescue workers to fly to South America, just as they do each time one of these natural disasters occur.

Thursday’s first 7.2 magnitude earthquake near Caracas, followed by a second, registering 7.5, per the U.S. Geological Survey, is anticipated to have caused the deaths of thousands, speculated to exceed 10,000.

In addition to medical and rescue assistance, Israel’s National Jewish Fund, Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael (KKL-JNF) is making preparations to send financial aid to the tune of thousands of shekels for the battered Venezuelan Jewish community.

Not unusual, this is what the Jewish state does when others are in need.  They speedily act with compassion and sympathy for the suffering of other humans. Unlike the virtue-signaling dolts, whose concern for citizens in real pain and distress, they show up with tangible help, rather than taking to social media.

It has happened as far back as we can remember. “Israel’s first international rescue and humanitarian mission occurred on August 12, 1953 after a massive earthquake struck the Ionian Islands in Greece. Four Israeli Navy ships in the area intercepted a distress call and were among the first international responders to arrive on the island of Kefalonia.”

Since that time, a total of 37 official IDF humanitarian missions to 29 different countries have taken place. They included Turkey, Haiti, Brazil, Mexico, India, Japan, Syria, Philippines, Nepal, Greece, Gaza, Burundi, Sri Lanka and Ukraine.

Is that not enough evidence that the charges of genocide, being spewed by so many, are nothing but bogus accusations intended to smear Israel? And who is the latest to robotically hurl those fake allegations in an attempt to libel the Jewish state?

That would be the former Deputy Spokesperson for the Department of State, Marie Harf. Occasionally appearing on Fox News’ afternoon program, “Outnumbered,” Harf repeated the slanderous lie, not once, but twice in her Thursday appearance, during a segment devoted to the phenomenon of the Democratic Socialist winners of this past week’s elections.

Offering absolutely no factual evidence, to back up such defamatory claims, Hart simply stated that Brad Lander, who unseated Dan Goldman, in his bid to represent New York’s 10th congressional district, is also Jewish but “does not support Israel’s killing of civilians in Gaza.”

Well, here’s a news flash for Hart.  Israel also doesn’t support killing civilians in Gaza, and that’s because it is not part of their strategy to do so. Harf, a partisan hack, would never acknowledge that no one would have lost their life in Gaza had their Hamas terrorist government not perpetrated a genocide against the innocent Israeli civilians who lived in the surrounding areas.

Nor would she ever admit that these terrorists recruited teenage boys to be part of their fight, training them from their early youth. She would also be loath to tell the truth about how Hamas endangered their entire citizenry by embedding their weapons in homes, schools, hospitals, where the possibility of their being severely injured or killed was highly enhanced.

Of course, it goes without saying that Harf would never think to set foot in Israel to check out the validity of these damning accusations which are in complete contradiction to a nation that has sent out rescue and humanitarian teams to nations in distress for over 70 years.

You can’t be that consistently merciful to others while, at the same time, committing a genocide.  Why doesn’t that occur to Harf who always seems to think that she is one step above everyone else when it comes to showing humanity to others?

Harf is not alone in her fabricated accusations, though. Every single one of the Democratic Socialist winners have flagrantly thrown out the genocide libel – making sure that their constituents know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they despise the only democratic nation in the Middle East.

After all, it wouldn’t be in keeping with their humanitarian persuasions to show any sympathy to the people who really suffered an unspeakable genocidal massacre!

But when you think about it, if any of these low-information individuals would expend even the slightest bit of energy to research the real truth about Israel’s immediate and consistent response to the plight of other nations who suffer devastating and debilitating disasters, they might come to the conclusion that not only have they been sold a bill of goods, but they are equally guilty of disseminating vicious and inflammatory accusations with the goal of fomenting antisemitism!

The problem is that they are not interested in the truth. Because when you hate Jews, the truth will not serve you in furthering your warped agenda. So, the more scandalous the allegations, the better it is to advance your cause. Sadly, that is a large part of this new swath of socialist leaders, who have teamed up with today’s Woke generation of anti-Jewish propagandists.

It’s anyone’s guess why all of their focus is directed at God’s chosen, but given their love affair with socialism, it’s not odd that they would go after the same people who are beloved by the Almighty, a concept particularly hated by them.

The idea that there could be a Supreme Being, who actually sought out a people to be the vehicle by which world redemption would come, is completely antithetical to their world view of mankind’s superiority, requiring no need for the divine.

But it’s hard to deny what is in front of your eyes, and in the case of Israel’s track record, it’s as simple as doing a Google search, asking to be provided with a list of nations that Israel helped to rescue after having undergone natural disasters.

Anyone who is interested in obtaining the actual facts has no excuse – at least not in this day and age where everything is recorded, documented and filmed.

For those who appear on television, such as Marie Harf, it’s especially incumbent upon her to get her facts straight, lest she do damage to her credibility, undercutting her own message.

It’s impossible to engage in genocide when your moral compass is rooted in the loving principles and values of the scriptures which command us to “love our neighbor as ourselves.”
