Houthi rebels using Chinese parts to build ballistic missiles to target Israel & Saudi Arabia
The Houthi Shia terror proxy, is using Chinese parts to build advanced medium-range ballistic missiles, the Wall Street Journal reports.
The Iranian proxy is attempting to replicate Iran’s Kheibar Shekan precision-guided missile using Chinese parts, the report says.
If successfully, the missile would have a range of approximately 1,900 miles, allowing it to reach all of Saudi Arabia, as well as Israel.
The Iranian Kheibar Shekan, is a solid-fuel ballistic missile with a range of 1,450 kilometers (900 miles), which can be quickly deployed and launched, reducing the chance of being targeted in a retaliatory strike.
