No one cares about Muslims
If you’re not convinced this is true, then ask yourself what about the hundreds of thousands of Muslims being killed in Yemen or Syria over the last few years. Does anyone remember massive protests in European cities or American campuses, condemning Muslims killing Muslims?
British journalist Douglas Murray, appeared on the Triggernometry podcast to discuss the odd phenomenon of what causes protesters to come out in droves to defend Muslims. As he sees it, the “Jewish factor,” is what makes all the difference.
When asked to explain why that is, Murray starts out by examining the life of Mohammed, the founder of Islam, who beheaded and massacred hordes of Jews as a regular pastime, due to their refusal to convert to Islam.
Going on to point out the deplorable economic conditions and lack of development within Islamic countries, Murray makes a connection between the great success of the Jewish homeland as opposed to the failure of many Muslim nations. It’s hard to deny the likelihood of those stark differences being the cause for great envy, often leading to an angry bitterness.
Following this pattern, Murray’s conclusion is that the establishment of a Palestinian state would surely end up falling under the category of another failed experiment, with poverty and deprivation being its hallmarks.
So, the big mystery worth exploring is what makes the Jews, with their tiny sliver of land, so successful and prosperous, able to thrive even in the worst of situations, such as the threat of constant war and now the hatred of so many?
Murray offers the plausible answer - that Muslims, who rather than looking inward to see what they’re doing wrong and how to fix their ills, instead, focus their scrutiny upon the Jews, whom they conclude have rigged the game. The next step is to blame all of their own misfortune on the Jews, because anything else would force them to assume the responsibility.
This, he explains, is how antisemitism becomes rampant, throughout Europe, the U.K., the far-right and, of course, the left, all of whom join the Muslims in their disdain for Israel.
When adding the pro-Palestinian camp of Woke young into the mix, Triggernometry co-host, Konstantin Kisin, mentions that given the fact that this group, who thinks that the October 7th massacre was a justified genocide, is not Muslim, how is it that they jumped on that bandwagon?
Murray’s simple explanation is the great ignorance of this bloc, who suffer from a lack of proper education, a rarity in these times. Rather than being taught useful and factual information, they are, instead, being systematically indoctrinated with a distorted version of their own history as well as world history, including the rewriting of colonialism.
That is why, without even comprehending the accusatory terms, they throw around the words: occupiers, colonizers, settlers, perpetrators of genocide and apartheid, not to mention “Zionists,” as a derogatory slur. Kisin makes the case, that the choice of those phrases is a clever manipulation designed to rebrand Jews and Israel in a way that damages them.
The clip is worth viewing in its entirety, but the one stand-out, in the fuller discussion, has to be the blatant world hypocrisy, in its merciless targeting of Jews, as the evilest people on the face of the earth – accused of every crime imaginable, making it transparent to all.
Because, you cannot cry foul when Muslims are killed in Gaza but then close your eyes to the massive number of Muslim deaths when the slaughter is perpetrated by other Muslims. To do so is to show an undeniable bias which is indefensible and illogical.
Either all Muslims matter or none matter. For protests and vilification to occur, only when Jews are involved, not only rises to the level of hypocritical, but it is also telltale of an undeniable hatred which has no bounds.
Let’s not forget that Muslims, who are killed by Israel, are done so only as a response to their first having killed Jewish citizens. The truth is that killing is a last resort for Israelis, but one which is an act of self-defense in the service of protecting the homeland.
As Douglas Murray claims, this should be obvious simply by the fact that the population of Gaza has skyrocketed over the last 20 years, making claims of genocide an absurdity which cannot be substantiated based on the ever-rising number of births.
So, in essence, what we are watching is a clear attempt to slander an entire people by labeling them the aggressors, who are characterized as being more dangerous to everyone than the radical Muslims whose hateful ideology justifies the killing of all unbelievers.
Related to this topic, there is another clip worth watching. It is the exchange between well-known conservative writer and broadcaster Dennis Prager who was invited to speak before an audience at the Oxford Union.
The topic was whether or not Hamas is a greater threat to humanity than Israel. Prager said that the premise of the question was simply stunning to him – to the point where he almost thought it was a prank, since the issue is undebatable.
Nonetheless, he adeptly explained that it is only Muslims who are beheading and slaughtering those who disagree with their ideology. When asked by a hostile questioner, why that is true, Prager went on to share the reasons. He began by saying that Muslims are a benighted people whose value system is one of the lowest in society.
Theirs is not a culture which seeks to build on education, the arts, service to others or the pursuits which have been responsible for the success of great cultures. It is this lack of meaningful contribution which has held back Muslims who are singularly focused on destroying everything that does not exalt their religious fervor.
Consequently, this prevents them from sharing or partaking in the positive fruits of humanity. It is the sad reality which has caused their departure from a society which cannot rely upon Muslims to better their existence.
The irony is that although this, in and of itself, may seem to explain why Muslims don’t care about Muslims, it’s much more complex than it appears. In truth, the world would rather blame Jews than Muslims.
For anyone trying to understand why, look no further than the Bible which very clearly outlines the battle between the forces of good and evil, starting with creation and moving on to the divine plan for redemption. Those are the coveted prizes intended for destruction!
