Turkey launches massive naval exercise as Erdoğan prepares to address Israel at UN
Turkey has launched a large-scale military exercise involving around 14,000 troops, 100 naval vessels and 50 aircraft across the Black Sea, Aegean Sea and eastern Mediterranean.
The “Sea Wolf” exercise comes as Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan prepares to address the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday.
Erdoğan is expected to use his speech to sharply criticize Israel and call for concrete international measures against the country.
