President Herzog on UK plans to impose sanctions on Israel: ‘It would be a serious error of judgment’
Israeli President Isaac Herzog addressed plans by the UK and other countries to impose trade sanctions on settlements in Judea and Samaria, saying: “If this happens, it would be a serious error of judgment and a choice to stand on the wrong side of history.”
He added: “In the current context, it would constitute blatant interference in the democratic elections of a sovereign state. And it would serve no one.”
