IDF strikes Hezbollah site in southern Lebanon after explosive drone launched at troops
The IDF struck a building in the southern Lebanese village of Deir al-Zahrani after Hezbollah launched an explosive drone at Israeli troops, which the military described as a “blatant violation” of the ceasefire.
Ahead of the strike, the IDF issued an evacuation warning for the targeted building and nearby structures, saying they were located near a Hezbollah facility and instructing residents to move at least 300 meters away. Lebanese media later reported that the IDF had carried out the strike.
