opinion The phony European protests
It’s been said that “protest” is one of the greatest hallmarks of democracy, proving the freedom that exists in a society, allowing for robust disagreement and debate. But what happens when that right is abused and used as a means to sow discord, hostility, chaos and even antisemitism?
There is no doubt that this is exactly what is happening across the continent of Europe, because what supposedly began as a student movement, protesting deplorable school conditions, almost immediately ceased to be the subject of grievances.
Co-opted by violent demonstrators, they ended with looting, assaulting police officers, arsons and the destruction of historically-revered monuments and structures.
Keffiyeh-wrapped faces, spotted in abundance, with Palestinian flag wavers out in full force, they joined the leftist Marxists, whose objective was to burn down everything rather than replace what doesn’t work with what does.
And that’s what has been happening since September 21, when the so-called protests began at the “Lycée Antoine-de-Saint-Exupéry in Créteil (a Paris suburb), following a teachers' strike on September 17.”
It didn’t take long before the original issue was quickly abandoned. And that’s because few were really interested in overcrowded classrooms, a deplorable lack of teachers, crumbling school buildings and government underfunding - ironically, all of which could be justified as legitimate gripes.
But when you’re a Marxist socialist or a radical Islamist, the desire to create productive and well-managed learning environments is not necessarily top on the list of your altruistic goals.
That is because their twisted ideology is based on destruction. By their way of thinking, the system is too flawed to repair, so better to completely wipe it out.
For them, a capitalist society is not partially errant, but wholly exploitive. Profit is characterized as evil and upward mobility, resulting from hard work, innovation and drive, is seen as completely antithetical to the uniform system that they hope to create. No one is allowed to have more than anyone else.
The robotic and soulless replacement, sought to be instituted, must first be preceded by destroying past accomplishments and installing a present-day existence where no one has the edge.
When you combine that with radical Islamic ideology, also rooted in the concept of deprivation, subservience and total unquestioning obedience, the only way to achieve such passive behavior is through violence, fear and profound chaos – all of the things we are witnessing.
Which begs the question, “Were the students really interested in improving their learning situation?” Because, although their demands were ultimately met, once more staff was added, causing the strike to end, that was the moment when all the chaos took off with a vengeance.
“Pupils at lycées (schools) in Paris and the surrounding region began blocking entrances, and within days similar scenes were reported across the country, from Lille in the north to Marseille in the south. Images of students setting alight trash cans, manning barricades, assaulting teaching staff and clashing with police led to questions about the police’s response and the far left’s involvement. More than 100 high schools have been damaged since the start of the protest movement.”
Why would students be the ones to sabotage their own schools if they are truly sincere about bettering their ability to learn? And why would they assault the very teachers they lamented were insufficient in number? None of it makes any sense.
It is only when you come to the conclusion that all of the carnage we are viewing on the evening news, is actually a well-coordinated attempt to demolish the French culture, along with a way of life that does not comport with the one that these anarchists are trying to establish.
But it’s not only the decapitation of France as we know it. They want a complete demolition of Western society, as a whole. The red/green alliance, as it’s known, have coupled their resources towards the goal of “delete all.”
Freedom of expression, the practice of one’s faith, the dream of rising to the top and making a good life for those you love, are all in opposition to the routine of hopelessness and helplessness that these ghouls would like to enact.
Of course, those at the top of the pyramid would enjoy a special exclusion from the drudgery they desire to inflict on everyone else.
How do we know this? Because history has recorded that leaders of Marxist societies enjoyed “a highly privileged, exclusive, and luxurious lifestyle that stood in stark contrast to the economic realities and chronic shortages experienced by ordinary citizens.”
The class warfare, which they bitterly lamented, was successfully wiped out, but not for them. Their palatial residences and estates, were an approved lifestyle, for the likes of Stalin, Ceausescu, Tito and Mao Zedong.
Not much has changed since then. Just look at the fashion tastes of Marxist Socialist streamer, Hasan Piker, whose wardrobe bill must be in the tens of thousands, considering we’ve never seen him in the same designer suits and ties more than once.
While he would undoubtedly condemn the rich for their own spending habits, he seems to have no problem breaking the bank each month. But then who would deny him his guilty pleasure of living high off the hog (even though he is a Muslim)?
This is only a small fraction of the flagrant hypocrisy which is prevalent in the very two-faced individuals, whose self-imposed laws are only meant for others but not for them.
Europe is undergoing a slow but sure takeover by the forces that despise freedom, liberty and democracy. They will seize nations by overpowering the local authorities. Unless leaders are willing to battle these anarchists, by employing their military, as if there is a national threat (because there is), then they will risk being overwhelmed and taken by force.
So far, the only one who has even mentioned the use of her military is Italian Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, who has yet to call up the troops to calm the unrest her country is also experiencing.
But what about the rest of Europe’s leaders, who are allowing their countries to go up in flames? By falling for the pretext of a phony protest movement, they are unwittingly facilitating the forceful takeover of glorious cultures about to crushed and never remembered.
Sadly, by the time they figure that out, the bloody coup will have been accomplished, with only themselves to blame!
