The eerie Hitler connection of young Democrats

The expression “Life imitates art” couldn’t be more applicable than the recent Babylon Bee clip, which portrays a Woke/progressive time-traveling woman from the year 2025 who approaches Hitler in 1933’s pre-Nazi Germany.  

Wielding a gun, she announces that she’s there to kill him. When he quizzes her as to why, she begins to point out his many evils – everything from his Fascist policy of silencing opponents to the segregation practices he has implemented. What becomes shocking to her, is that each time she articulates her own Woke values, Hitler agrees with the very same positions. In fact, Hitler is gratified to discover that nearly 100 years later, Jew-hatred is still quite fashionable. 

Perhaps, one of the greatest ironies is that history is repeating itself. This, despite knowledge of the devastating results which left an indelible stain on society in supposedly modern and civilized times. What is clear is that Nazism and Woke progressive ideology are identical, with no differing opinions that distinguish the two perverted philosophies

This is the art form of sarcasm, which life is imitating, demonstrated by the youth wing of the Democrat party as they recently “passed an amendment opposing Israel’s ongoing Gaza genocide.”

For those young people, of the Democratic party, the lessons of evil have not been learned or internalized, evident in that politically-charged decision which has replaced the loyalty to the Jewish state, once a hallmark of the Democrats. While it has been the party of most American Jews who tended to be liberal-minded and accepting of all races, creeds and orientations, that is no longer true.

Not only have they proclaimed the guilt of Israel, but they are now going on record as condemning it. Of course, it doesn’t matter that the charges are fallacious, based on their wild fantasies which are turned into baseless allegations with nothing to support them.  

The grossly exaggerated death toll, reported by the Hamas-run health ministry, is performative propaganda, designed to have the desired effect of painting Israel as the consummate villain, and towards that goal, they have done a bang- up job!

But, among the 45-65,000 inflated number quoted by them, representing the victims of this war, the great majority were Hamas terrorists, killed by Israel’s military, as they should have been since their mission was to annihilate the whole of Israel’s population.  

It’s hard to account for the way others may have died, when Hamas takes no responsibility for using its population as human shields, forcing them to remain in the line of fire, even though they’ve been pre-warned to evacuate what will soon become a war zone. Other deaths can be attributed to backfired missiles or simply the cold-blooded murder of their citizens at the hands of Hamas, who never miss a chance to pin the blame on Israel. 

While some Gazan deaths may have been the collateral damage which, regrettably, accompanies all wars, it can be said, with confidence, that the Israeli military does not target innocent civilians – especially not children. Accidents do happen, though, and most everyone remembers when IDF soldiers inadvertently killed surrendering Israeli hostages, who were mistakenly taken for terrorists emerging from an abandoned building.

These are the tragedies, but it’s important to remember that they are the fruits of a war which was forced upon us, when Hamas’s 20-year plan was executed, in the hope that their efforts at Jewish genocide would finally be realized.  

What remains a mystery is how this young generation of Democrats has come full circle to embrace the level of depravity displayed by the man who still has the distinction of being the evilest individual who ever walked the face of the earth. Ironically, Hitler is their preferred name for U.S. President Donald J. Trump, who they claim embodies the dreaded dictator, despite Trump never having killed millions of Jews.

Sadly, this youth wing appears to be having a great effect upon their other party members, because “in a recent poll, released by Quinnipiac University, it was disclosed that only 12% of Democrats are sympathetic to Israelis while 60% are with the Palestinians.” That number rose in comparison to a “Gallup poll taken in February which then found that 33% of Democrats had a favorable view of Israel.”

Given the vast numbers of Jews, in the Democratic party, it might be possible that some of them have also turned against the homeland, influenced by a very pernicious biased media which reports the skewed information by those seeking to harm the reputation of Israel.  Of course, such progressive Jews are unaware that siding with these haters will not necessarily end well for them, because ethnicity is not something that can be erased.

Rather than take the word of the those who are committed to preserving life in contrast to those who don’t respect it, these young Democrats have happily adopted the charge of genocide in an effort to “reflect current events and align with present-day actions.” No one offers any tangible evidence, but then who needs it if that’s what you hear on the evening news, presented by the mainstream media?

This, too, was a familiar tactic used by the Nazi party, which relied upon the censorship of anti-Nazi newspapers to suppress whatever was not helpful to their cause.  In fact, it was the notorious Joseph Goebbels, whose work in the Reich Ministry of Enlightenment and Propaganda, was responsible for centralizing the Nazi propaganda which was disseminated to all of the German people.  

Understanding the great value of media, in promoting the party’s agenda, Goebbels “quickly gained control over the news, media, arts and information in Nazi Germany, becoming particularly adept at using the relatively new media of radio and film for propaganda purposes. That included antisemitism and attacks on Christian churches.”

It could be said that he was one of the greatest “influencers” well before the term was ever even coined. While American media has not yet been censored, despite many previous attempts to do so during the Covid-19 era, cable news stations, podcasts and other forms of media are still free to express a differing viewpoint.  

Unfortunately, we are witnessing a ghastly revival of many themes which allowed Nazism to flourish, under the leadership of the monster named Hitler. Young Democrats can get a refresher course in who’ve they’ve become just by watching the Babylon Bee Clip.
