19:01 - IDF 162nd Division joins fighting in southern Lebanon

The IDF announced that troops of the 162nd Division joined the 91st and 36th Divisions in the fight against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, confirming prior reports.

"After two years of combat in the Gaza Strip, and following the completion of preparations for the next assignment on the Northern Front, the 162nd Division will now operate in key areas in southern Lebanon with the aim of enhancing the forward defensive posture. This comes alongside the continued forward defense mission to thwart direct threats and ensure an additional layer of security for residents of northern Israel," the Israeli military said.

"Prior to the troops’ entrance, the IDF struck numerous targets in the area using artillery and Israeli Air Force aircraft. The IDF will continue to operate with determination against the Hezbollah terrorist organization, which chose to join the attack on Israel and operate on behalf of the Iranian regime, and will not allow harm to Israeli civilians."


17:45 - Ukraine's Zelensky arrives in Saudi Arabia amid deepening anti-drone cooperation

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Saudi Arabia for a surprise visit, he announced on X.

“Arrived in Saudi Arabia. Important meetings are scheduled. We appreciate the support and support those who are ready to work with us to ensure security,” he wrote.

Several Gulf states have sought Ukrainian expertise in countering Iranian drones since the start of the war between Israel, the U.S. and Iran.


16:35 - One man killed, another wounded in Hezbollah rocket attack on Nahariya

One man was killed and another wounded after a rocket strike amid a 10-rocket volley that Hezbollah fired at the northern city of Nahariya.

Magen David Adom said it had to declare the death of a man who was fatally wounded by shrapnel, while another man was rushed to the hospital in serious condition.

The rocket fired hit a parking lot of a residential building in the city, rescue services said.

The Lebanese terror group has been launching incessant attacks at northern Israel for the past hours.


15:39 - WATCH: Israeli soldiers killed over 30 Hezbollah terrorists, found terror infrastructure and weapons

"In recent days, IDF troops have eliminated over 30 Hezbollah terrorists, including approximately 10 terrorists from the Radwan Force. The terrorists were eliminated in various brigade activities involving Israeli Air Force strikes, tank fire, snipers activity, and drones," the Israeli military stated.

"In one operation, IDF troops identified several Hezbollah terrorists operating within a building. Minutes after identification, the troops struck the building and eliminated the terrorists."

"Additionally, the troops dismantled dozens of Hezbollah infrastructure sites and stockpiles of weapons."

14:43 - Netanyahu cites strike on IRGC navy leaders as US-Israel ‘cooperation’ ahead of Iran talks

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hailed the elimination of IRGC Navy Commander Alireza Tangsiri, noting that it was carried out in cooperation with the U.S.

In a recorded message posted on X, Netanyahu said Tangsiri had “a great deal of blood on his hands” and was “responsible for leading the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.”

He described the strike as “yet another example of the cooperation between us and our ally, the United States, in pursuit of our shared war objectives.”

The IDF announced the elimination of Tangsiri in a strike on Iran's port city of Bandar Abbas. It later added that the head of the IRGC Navy Intelligence Directorate, Behnam Rezaei, was among the other navy officials killed in the strike.

Netanyahu’s remarks came as U.S. President Donald Trump reaffirmed that talks with Iran are underway, while Pakistan’s foreign minister confirmed his country’s role as a mediator.

Pakistan is mediating indirect talks between the U.S. and Iran to "end ongoing conflict in the Middle East," Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar confirmed Thursday.

In a post on X, addressing what he termed "unnecessary speculation," Dar clarified that "in reality, US-Iran indirect talks are taking place through messages being relayed by Pakistan."

According to Dar, the "United States has shared 15 points, being deliberated upon by Iran," with the diplomatic initiative receiving additional support from Turkey and Egypt.

In the announcement, he tagged key figures including U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, and U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff.

13:40 Trump doubles down on Iran talks, warns “no turning back” otherwise

U.S. President Trump doubled down on Iranian negociations on Thursday, describing the diplomatic stance of the regime as "strange" and claiming they are "begging" for a deal despite public dismisals that they are merely "looking at" the U.S. proposal.

Writing on Truth Social, Trump warned that the window for a diplomatic resolution is closing. He stated that a failure to "get serious" would lead to consequences from which there is "no turning back," adding that "it won't be pretty."

Axios reported earlier on Thursday that the U.S. is developing military option to deal Iran a "final blow" ranging from ground forces to an extensive bombing campaign, citing two U.S. officials and two sources with knowledge on the matter.

13:18 - IDF says 330 Hezbollah operatives, 350 targets neutralized so far

The IDF has eliminated over 330 Hezbollah operatives and dismantled more than 350 infrastructure targets during ongoing ground operations in southern Lebanon thus far.

The IDF spokesperson also reported that its 91st Division has seized a vast array of weapons, including missile launchers, RPGs, Kalashnikov rifles and a machine gun, during operations to secure Israel’s northern border.

12:42 - DM Katz confirms IRGC's Navy Commander eliminated

Israel eliminated the Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy, Alireza Tangsiri, Defense Minister Israel Katz confirmed.

In a military assessment on Thursday, Katz described Tangsiri as "the person directly responsible for the terror operation of mining and blocking the Strait of Hormuz to maritime traffic."

Other senior naval officials of the IRGC were also killed in the Israeli strike in Bandar Abbas, Iran.

Katz said the elimination of Tangsiri is a message to the IRGC: “The IDF will hunt you down and eliminate you one by one.”

12:14 - Toll of lightly injured rises to six at impact sites in central Israel

Operations are ongoing at several impact sites in central Israel, where Israeli police have reported six people with minor injuries who were evacuated for treatment.

This comes as Iran launched its seventh missile barrange at Israel on Thursday.

11:17 - Two lightly injured as seventh Iranian missile barrage hits Israel

In Tel Aviv, MDA medics and paramedics are treating two people lightly injured in Iran’s latest ballistic missile attack, a woman in her 40s with shrapnel wounds and a 26-year-old man hurt by the blast.

Medics and rescue forces have been dispatched to scan impact sites across central Israel following the barrage.

10:39 - 11-year-old girl suffers cardiac arrest during northern Israel sirens

An 11-year-old girl who went into cardiac arrest during sirens in Safed on Thursday morning is now in serious but stable condition at Ziv Medical Center, Magen David Adom (MDA) reported.

MDA teams were dispatched to the scene after a missile barrage from Iran targeted northern Israel. After life-saving efforts, including "chest compressions, rescue breathing, and delivering electric shocks from a defibrillator,” they managed to restore the girl's heartbeat and evacuate her to the hospital.

10:27 - WATCH: IDF footage captures destruction of Hezbollah sites

The Golani Brigade destroyed about 200 Hezbollah infrastructure sites in southern Lebanon, the IDF Spokesperson said Thursday.

The announcement was accompanied by footage of the operations.

10:01 - UAE: 2 killed, 3 injured by Iranian missile shrapnel

Two people were killed and three others injured after shrapnel from an intercepted ballistic missile fell on to a street in Abu Dhabi, the Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.

Authorities in Abu Dhabi are currently managing the aftermath of the incident, which also resulted in damage to several vehicles.

09:42 - IDF soldier killed in combat in southern Lebanon

The IDF Spokesperson has announced the death of Staff Sgt. Ori Greenberg (21) who fell during combat in southern Lebanon.

Greenberg was from Petah Tikva and served in the special forces of the Golani Brigade.

His death marks the third IDF casualty in the current ground operations targeting Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.

09:12 - Fourth Iranian missile attack on Jerusalem & central Israel in two hours

Red alert sirens were activated across the Jerusalem area and central Israel after the IRanian regime launched ballistic missiles for the fourth time in two hours.

There were no reports of serious injuries caused by the attacks. Missile fragments reportedly landed in the Modiin area around half an hour ago.

At the same time, Hezbollah fired rockets and drones at northern Israel.

08:00 - Iran’s parliament working to formalize Strait of Hormuz passage fees 

Iran’s parliament is working on a bill to formalize the fees it is reportedly charging on some ship transiting through the Strait of Hormuz, The Associated Press reported. 

The Fars and Tasnim news agencies, both close to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, quoted lawmaker Mohammadreza Rezaei Kouchi as saying that “that “parliament is pursuing a plan to formally codify Iran’s sovereignty, control and oversight over the Strait of Hormuz, while also creating a source of revenue through the collection of fees.”

“This is entirely natural, just as goods pay transit fees when passing through other corridors, the Strait of Hormuz is also a corridor,” he reportedly said. “We provide its security, and it is natural that ships and oil tankers should pay such fees.”

07:45 - 5 injured in cluster munitions impact in Kafr Qasim 

Five people were lightly injured in Kafr Qasim following the impact from Iranian cluster munitions. 

Magen David Adom emergency services says it treated a man and a woman, both aged 55, who were injured after their building was hit. Several other people also sustained light injuries in the explosion. 

07:35 - Uganda’s military head says country willing to enter war to help Israel 

General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Uganda’s Chief of Defense Forces, posted a message to social media stating his country’s willingness to enter the war to support Israel. 

“We want the war in the Middle East to end now. The world is tired of it. But any talk of destroying or defeating Israel will bring us into the war. On the side of Israel!” Kainerugaba wrote. 

Later, Kainerugaba posted a further explanation of his support for Israel, writing, “We stand with Israel because we are Christians.” 

He also posted a quote from Deuteronomy: “The Bible says 'Blessed are you Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the Lord? He is your shield and helper and your glorious sword.' (Deuteronomy 33:29)” 

07:00 - Iran running ‘toll booth’ regime in Strait of Hormuz, shipping intel firm says 

Iran is running a “de facto ‘toll booth’ regime” in Strait of Hormuz, a leading shipping intelligence firm said Thursday. 

The regime is controlling which ships can pass and demanding payment for their safe passage. 

Lloyd’s List Intelligence recently published an analysis highlighting Iran’s practices through the strait.

It described vessels having to provide manifests, crew details and their destination to Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard.

The information goes to the Guard’s “Hormozgan Provincial Command for sanctions screening, cargo alignment checks that currently prioritizes oil over all other commodities, and for what is described as ‘geopolitical vetting,’” Lloyd’s List said.

“While not all ships are paying a direct toll at least two vessels have and the payment is settled in yuan,” Lloyd’s List said, referring to China’s national currency.

05:00 - Russia delivering drones to Iran 

Russia began delivering drones to Iran this month, the Financial Times reported, citing Western intelligence assessments. It is also sending food and medicine, the report indicates. 

The Times also said that the Kremlin has provided intelligence support and satellite imagery to Iran since the start of the war, however, the delivery of drones mark the first weapons shipment to Iran. 

04:45 - U.S. says over two-thirds of Iranian munitions manufacturing plants struck 

The U.S. military has struck over two-thirds of Iran’s munitions plants, Central Command (CENTCOM) chief Adm. Brad Cooper said. 

Adm. Cooper’s comments came in a video released by Central Command. 

“Today, we have damaged or destroyed over two-thirds of Iran’s missile, drone and naval production facilities and shipyards — and we’re not done yet,” Cooper said. “We are on a path to completely eliminate Iran’s wider military manufacturing apparatus.” 

02:00 - President Trump insists Iran is negotiating despite denials 

Speaking at a fundraiser for Republicans in Washington, D.C., President Trump claimed Iran is interested in negotiating an end to the war. 

“They are negotiating, by the way, and they want to make a deal so badly, but they’re afraid to say it because they figure they’ll be killed by their own people,” Trump said. 

“They’re also afraid they’ll be killed by us,” Trump said, adding that no one wants to lead Iran for fear of being assassinated by the United States.
