Liberman rules out joining Change bloc gov't reliant on Arab parties
In a message shortly before the Sabbath, Yisrael Beitenu chairman Avigdor Liberman ruled out joining any government that relies on the Arab parties, doubling down on his apparent rejection of a minority government by the Eisenkot-bloc with outside support from the Joint List or Ra'am.
"We will not sit with supporters of terrorism," Liberman wrote, noting problematic statements by Joint List MK Ofer Cassif and party member Osama Saadi.
"Weeks before the election, MK Yasser Hujirat of Ra’am claimed that Hamas is not a terrorist organization, but a charitable organization."
"Whoever wants to rely on supporters of terrorism is welcome to do so. Yisrael Beiteinu will not be part of it," Liberman concluded.
