Iranian president says Teheran will reciprocate if US honors June memorandum
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said at a Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit that Tehran would immediately reciprocate if the United States returned to its commitments under the June memorandum of understanding, ISNA reported.
Pezeshkian condemned U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran as violations of the U.N. Charter and international law, and said Iran had inflicted a “heavy defeat” on the United States and Israel in the war.
