IDF destroys Hamas weapons depots in Gaza
The IDF destroyed three weapons depots in the Gaza Strip, along with a rocket launching pit used to fire on Israeli territory during the war.
Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad stored dozens of weapons, including rockets, Kalashnikov rifles, and other weapons in the weapons depots.
The IDF Spokesperson said that Hamas terrorists were recently seen arriving at warehouses and using the weapons inside them for conducting guard duties and establishing control in the Gaza Strip.
"The IDF will continue to operate resolutely to degrade the capabilities of terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip and to thwart any attempt to smuggle or hold weapons with the intent to harm our forces," the military said in a statement.
