FM Sa’ar points to diplomatic gains despite anti-Israel rhetoric as Jewish Leaders Gather in Jerusalem

Israel’s foreign minister met Monday with representatives of the world's major Jewish communities and international Jewish organizations at the third J50 Forum in Jerusalem.

“While some countries pursue an anti-Israel agenda for their own political interests, on other fronts we have dramatically expanded Israel’s diplomatic relations and international cooperation,” Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar wrote on X, adding that the number of embassies in Jerusalem had doubled and that Israel had opened five new embassies.

Participants also discussed rising antisemitism and relations between Israel and Jewish communities abroad.
