Change Bloc leaders meet, vow to replace government
The Change Bloc leaders held their first post-election meeting.
Gadi Eisenkot, Naftali Bennett, Yair Lapid, Avigador Liberman and Yair Golan reached agreement on the appointment of the state comptroller, but not on who should serve as the next Knesset speaker.
“We will move immediately to replace the government,” the group said.
“The party leaders are aligned on the need to establish a Zionist government based on the four principles set out by Eisenkot,” they added in a joint statement.
The meeting comes after Golan, Democrats chairman, met with Yosef Jabareen, Joint List chairman, alongside Ahmad Tibi.
