Ultra-Orthodox family humiliates female IDF soldiers, calls them 'dogs' and 'trash'
An ultra-Orthodox family humiliated a group of female IDF soldiers riding on a train with them on Tuesday.
A video taken by one of the soldiers and circulating on social media shows the children of the family calling the soldiers "dogs," "trash" and "shikse," a Yiddish derogatory term for non-Jewish women.
They also chanted, "We'll die rather than enlist" and "To prison and not to the army."
Yitzhak Goldknopf, chair of the ultra-Orthodox United Torah Judaism party, publicly condemned the incident, which he said, "doesn't represent the general Torah-observing public," according to The Jerusalem Post.
