Showing solidarity, Tel Aviv-Yafo city hall lit up with the German flag

Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality lit up with the German flag this evening in a sign of solidarity in the aftermath of devastating floods that have claimed more than 150 lives.
Ron Huldai, mayor of Tel Aviv-Yafo, wrote on Twitter, "Condolences to the German people and to our many friends in our partner cities in Germany. On behalf of the residents of Tel Aviv-Yafo, I send wishes for a quick recovery to all those affected by this terrible disaster."
