Israel's Energy and Infrastructure Minister Israel Katz traveled to Dubai on Monday to prepare for the signing of binding agreements at the annual climate conference (COP28) to be held there at the end of the year.
Katz met with ministers from Jordan and the United Arab Emirates, the White House Senior Advisor and Managing Director for Energy, U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate David Livingston and other officials.
