IDF intercepts 3 Palestinians breaching security fence near Jerusalem
Three Palestinians were caught early this morning attempting to cross the security fence into Israeli territory near Jerusalem.
Israel Defense Forces observers spotted the three and notified Border Patrol units.
The men fled when the Border Police arrived and were apprehended after being chased for several minutes.
One of the suspects, a 32-year-old from Bethlehem, was arrested after being found carrying a kitchen knife. He was taken in for interrogation.
None of the three suspects had entry permits to Israel.
