US forces strike Iran for 13th consecutive night
U.S. forces launched a 13th consecutive night of strikes on Iran, targeting IRGC instrastructure overnight, CENTCOM said.
The strikes were intended to “further diminish the threat Iran poses to civilian mariners and commercial vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz,” the statement said.
CENTCOM added that the U.S. is helping commercial vessels freely navigate the strategic waterway following recent attacks by the Iranian regime.
