Ultra-Orthodox protesters broke into a police station in Beit Shemesh overnight following the arrest of a draft evader.
Police and Border Police forces responded to the disturbance, using stun grenades and tear gas to disperse the crowd and restore order. The incident comes amid growing tensions over efforts to enforce military conscription among ultra-Orthodox Israelis.
