Two infants die in Jerusalem daycare catastrophe, 3 caregivers detained for questioning
Two infants died and 53 other babies were injured in an incident in an illegal Jerusalem daycare center in an ultra-Orthodox neighborhood of Jerusalem on Monday.
The exact circumstances of the childrens' death are still unclear, but are thought to be connected to a faulty heating system in the overcrowded apartment.
The Israel Police said it opened an investigation and detained three caregivers working at the unlicensed center for questioning.
