Trump: US will not attack Iran before November midterm elections
U.S. President Donald Trump announced Thursday that the United States would not attack Iran before the Nov. 3 midterm elections.
Trump said Iran was in extremely poor economic and military condition but emphasized that the U.S. blockade would remain fully in effect.
According to Trump, 22 million barrels of oil passed through the Strait of Hormuz overnight, with “not one barrel coming from, or going to, Iran.”
He concluded his statement by declaring: “IRAN WILL NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON!”
