Trump: Netanyahu should be more 'responsible' with Lebanon, Syria would 'do better job' vs Hezbollah
U.S. President Donald Trump doubled down on his criticism of Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while talking to reporters at the G7 summit, though he added that they had a "great" relationship.
"I didn't like that he did an attack based on a very minor, little thing with some drones... that was too much," Trump said. "Now Bibi [Netanyahu]has to be more responsible with respect to Lebanon."
"I suggested to Israel to let Syria take care of Hezbollah. Cause to be honest with you, I think they would do a better job of doing it," Trump added.
