Three of Khamenei’s sons attend funeral; Quds Force commander also present
Three of former Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s sons—Mostafa, Massoud, and Meysam Hosseini—attended his funeral on Sunday in their first public appearance since their father's death. Iran's Quds Force commander, Esmail Qaani, was also present at the ceremony.
Mojtaba Khamenei, Iran’s current supreme leader, did not attend the funeral.
During the funeral procession, several clerics delivered speeches calling for the assassination of U.S. President Donald Trump, describing it as “a mission placed upon our shoulders.”
