Saudi military: We struck Iran-backed militia targets in Iraq in coordination with US
Saudi Arabia's military announced it carried out coordinated strikes with the U.S. military against Iran-backed militia targets in Iraq linked to recent attacks on Saudi oil facilities.
In an official statement, Saudi military spokesman Turki Al-Maliki said the operation was conducted in response to aggression against the kingdom and stressed that Saudi Arabia is "not seeking escalation."
