Retired Supreme Court justice: Gov't defiance of court recalls period before October 7
Retired Supreme Court Justice Hanan Melcer criticized the government's decision not to comply with a High Court ruling concerning the Second Broadcasting Authority, warning that the current situation resembles the period leading up to the October 7 attack.
Speaking to Kan Reshet Bet, Melcer said, “Unfortunately, we are in a situation that reminds me of the eve of October 7,” expressing concern over the government's refusal to abide by the court's decision.
