PM Netanyahu and Russian President Putin talk on the phone about 'regional security'
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Russia's President Vladimir Putin spoke on the phone, the Kremlin said Friday morning, after the two leaders reportedly talked several times in recent weeks to transfer messages from Israel to the Iranian regime.
According to the Kremlin, “They discussed political and diplomatic efforts to ensure stability and security in the region. They discussed Russia’s readiness to continue its mediation efforts and to promote constructive dialogue involving all interested countries.”
In a separate statement, the Kremlin added that Putin had talked to Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian recently.
