Parallel to the war in Gaza, IDF continues to operate in Judea and Samaria, 9 suspects arrested in Jenin
Last night IDF troops entered the Jenin refugee camp to arrest wanted suspects, as well as to locate and remove improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
During the operation, a firefight broke out between the soldiers and terrorists in the camp.
There were no casualties to IDF forces. The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported one Palestinian wounded.
Nine terror suspects were arrested and transferred to Israeli security forces for questioning as a result of the operation
In the town of Abu Dis, security forces attempting to arrest a terror suspect were fired upon . They returned fire, killing the suspect and wounding six others. According to Palestinian sources, three of the suspects are in serious condition.
