One Palestinian killed in attempted ramming attack on IDF vehicle

The IDF spokesman announced that a Palestinian had been killed during an attempted ramming attack on an IDF vehicle in the area of Bani Na’im, near Hebron.

The vehicle, with three occupants, was spotted by IDF soldiers driving suspiciously before accelerating towards a military vehicle, striking it.

In response, IDF soldiers fired on the Palestinian vehicle, hitting several of the occupants.

Palestinian media reported that the soldiers initially prevented the Red Crescent emergency medical teams from evacuating the three injured occupants.

After removing the Palestinians from the vehicle and searching them, the soldiers allowed the Palestinian ambulances to reach the men, however, Mahmoud Hani Id'ais, 41, from the nearby town of Yatta, was declared dead at the scene, Sama News reported.
